Refund and Return Policy
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns for purchases made from Owl’s Roost Wax Melts and More (“the Company”).
- Refund and Return Window: Customers are entitled to a 15-day window for eligible product returns, commencing from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, the Company reserves the right to decline full refunds or exchanges.
- Eligibility Criteria: To initiate a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as perishable goods, are not eligible for returns. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.
- Receipt Requirement: Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.
- Return Procedure: Customers must ship their purchase to Owl’s Roost Wax Melts and More, PO Box 407, Richland PA 17087.
- Partial Refunds: Items not returned in their original packaging or those comprising less than 50% of the original quantity are eligible for partial refunds.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of the returned item, the Company will inspect it and notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the return.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a few days. Customers are advised to follow up with their bank or credit card company in case of any delays.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchange Policy: The Company only replaces items that are defective or damaged. Customers must contact owls.roost.pa16@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and return the item to PO Box 407, Richland PA 17087.
- Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the customer will receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Recommendations: Customers returning expensive items are encouraged to use trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance, as the Company does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
